Spend your Valentine’s Day with delicious cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Eric Sarkisian and carefully hand-crafted craft beers created by Head Brewer Dan Enjem. On February 14th at 6pm, Pacific Beach’s oldest brewery is hosting a special Beer Dinner featuring a 4-course meal, each perfectly paired with one of our in-house craft beers ($49.95 per person). Upgrade your evening with an optional Pappy Van Winkle add-on (+$15) which will be served with the last dessert course.

Beer Dinner Menu: 

1st course – Oysters 2-way paired with 858 Blonde Ale

Grilled oyster cortez style: chipotle beurre blanc, pico de gallo, cotija cheese

Raw oyster on the half shell with a Persian cucumber mionette

2nd course – Beef Tenderloin Filet Carpaccio  paired with Rockfish Red Ale

Capers, arugula, manchego cheese, sweet onion, white truffle oil, quail egg

Intermezzo – Limoncello Sorbet – Blackberry Sunsetter Berliner Weisse

3rd course – Lobster Pot Pie  paired with Down to Hop IPA

Maine lobster tail, English peas, micro carrots and celery, puff pastry, lobster cream

4th course – Desert Flight  paired with Full Suit Winter Warmer
